Meeting with Jane

So lovely to meet up with my friend Jane today. She lives in Diss, which is about as far south of Norwich as we are north. So we met at Taverham Garden centre for a bit to eat, a natter about all things in general and work things in particular, then we browsed all the many lovely plants. Jane really knows her stuff when it comes to shrubs, and she has a large beautifully kept garden. I am quite keen to add to my garden now, and will plan what I need, then revisit to buy some shrubs.

We parted company mid afternoon and I headed home. I had shopped first thing and managed to get a bit of cleaning done. I even sat down for a little while until Jon came in. We had a chat over a cup of tea and continued while preparing dinner. He has been to the hospital today to be rigged up with a 24 hour heart monitor. A routine part of his check up following the TIA.

After dinner I had a lovely zoom chat with a friend who is giving me a bit of coaching, to help me focus and enable me to develop the skills to love myself! It was a worthwhile and enjoyable 90 minutes and I'm so grateful for her time.

I'm feeling positive.
