Maple Leaf...
...that I picked up on my walk; I did a10 shot multiple exposure in- camera, and I liked it's "simplicity". Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting abstract Thursdays. Tom had labs drawn today and they were actually a bit improved. The research nurse who is overseeing the drug trial called and said the pre-trial workup looked good so it's a "go" to start the trial drug this coming Monday. He needs to be there at 7 am and should be done with the first part around 10 or 11, but then has to go back at 2 for another lab draw so they can check the level of drug in his system; they said he should be done by about 4. Then he has to go back on Tuesday for another 2 or 3 hours. Fortunately it's only the first cycle of the trial drug that he'll have to be at the hospital so often. The second cycle will be less, providing all goes well, and if he's doing ok on it and it's helping, he'll only have to go once a cycle to see the dr. & his usual lab draws can be done at the clinic, which is closer to our house. I'm praying it helps. :)
