Phone call to Dr this morning and there I found out she's leaving. Another disappointment.

Got a call from a community health project about art therapy walks. More information to take on.
Then after waiting 2.5 months the OT called but we agreed that since I'm seeing the link worker from Drs I wouldn't do the OT aswell. Why does everything come at once.

Starting to feel really overwhelmed and want to tell everyone to go away.

My friend and I went for lunch while her car ws getting an MOT but the garage couldn't get the bonnet open so lunch was cut short to go and collect it.

My stomach is agony tonight, seems to be a regular occurence just now.
