I am fairly sure this is going to be view for today. I woke up this morning and right away felt my back pain.
It was further confirmed when I sat on my sofa and couldn't wait to get on the floor, on my back.
It has come as a bit of a shock as I was doing pretty well the last few weeks. Out come the painkillers and heat again!

Hopefully a day of rest and painkillers and tomorrow will be a lot better.
