Deepcut Canal

Good 22k run today around the lanes and canal. Slowed towards the end but had no pains other than maybe a sore toe. Even saw a couple of KFs, for first time in a while and reason for slowing!, disappear into the distance. Probably good tonight’s tennis league match got called off due to rain!
