Yoga for cats

I'm still busy trying to pick up the threads after being away for three weeks, plus it's been bitterly cold. So here is another Fred blip. I don't know the name of the asana (pose) he is demonstrating but note the outstretched toes and the use of tail for balance. Cats are supreme practitioners of this ancient discipline. You can see another hilarious impressive display of feline yoga here. Both parts are worth watching as an instructive introduction to the technique.
