Yellow Centre

After a frosty start we had a beautiful warm day with 21c.

I had Acupuncture first thing in the morning and on the way home I visited the bank to verify my new card and get a new pin on it. When I got into the car I managed to give the back my head a really bang.. just about knocked my self out. Had a big lump. The car was on the street and getting in from the pavement I was higher up than normal. Gave me a really bad headache.
