Rough-skinned Newt

Though seemingly a cute, innocuous amphibian, the rough-skinned newt is a bit of a dangerous animal in the Pacific Northwest woods.
There are signs posted for the potentially dangerous mountain lions and the bears that roam through these woods, but the rough-skinned newt also has been know to kill unsuspecting people.
Please no kissing of the newts, no matter how cute they are!
