A Little Trip.

I'm off in the morning. I'm going to head north to see a friend who I haven't seen for 15 years. She used to be my boss. I cannot wait to meet up with her again.
Had a lovely day today. Started with a 1/2lb weight loss at Weight Watchers this morning. That's ok as it's been birthday week. Then i had a call to say my after school lessons had been cancelled. Fine by me as I then went into town with a friend. We had a very successful shopping trip and a lovely lunch as well.
Tonight I went swimming. It was our coaches last session. It was a really good session as he made it fun. Hope our next coach is as nice as Kristian.
Must get to bed....I've a long journey in the morning!
