Scotch Pancakes or Pancakes as they're called here

Also known as drop scones.
Bit of a work in progress and gluten free.
Made with sultanas, crème fraîche and golden syrup (mostly because the crème fraîche in my fridge had passes it's expiry date).
I'll put up a proper recipe once I've refined it a little more.
