Back to Leatherhead

I cycled to Leatherhead today to try out a lightweight cycle helmet the shop had got in for me but it wasn't a good fit.

I bought a gel saddle cover - my previously super comfortable saddle has been digging in a bit lately but I don't want to have to face the  hassle of buying and sorting out a new one right now. The cover turns out to need a few adjustments as it's barely big enough.

Feeling a bit discouraged and slightly damp from an unexpected rain shower I cycled back and suddenly found myself in the woods just as the evening sun came out, shining golden and slanted through the trees. It was lovely and the best bit of the day.
