Another Shocker

7 free parking spaces in the courtyard and they manage to (just) get wheels into two of them. 
It would appear that parking is no longer taught when learning to drive or mentioned where not to park in the Highway Code ............. No - Wait! They are. It would just appear that people are now just totally inconsiderate and stupid when it comes to driving.

SWMBO and I went down to The Centre today - that is the 2nd time this year. Overdoing it I would say.
We went into the smaller of the 'multi-storey' car parks. The top two levels (of 4) have been closed off and about a quarter of the lower level is now given over to car valeting bays. So it would appear that they are trying to stop people coming into the middle of Livingston. No wonder shops are shutting down.
