Lovely walk

Brisk walk across Highgate Common, met a lot of Sprockers like Wilson on this pic. Best thing was I made the walk without too much effort and although my leg is uncomfortable I’m not in pain - a definite plus. Phoned hospital about my MRI - looks like it’s going to be at least another week till I here from them so I have to make a decision to exercise or not - at the moment I’m leaning towards exercise
