Flora on an evergreen bush

If I look north there is snow, if I look south there is snow. The only place where there doesn't seem to be snow is in Edinburgh itself. Not that it is warm, it's not.

No idea what this bush is,but it has leaves and is flowering. It might look even nicer with some snow on it.
