The Calm before the Storm

And here we go again. This was my set up at 7.15am this morning, still dark outside, and I was marking the lesson plans for the lessons I'd be observing online at 8.00am. Fast forward to 11.15 and two teachers have given a 45' min lesson and we've just had the post lesson discussion and feedback with the two teachers and their peers, who were also observing. One excellent lesson one not-so-good (and graded below standard for this stage of the course) and tears. Tears are always difficult but even more so online.  I now have a 'break' while my colleague in Zurich gives an input session. Time to finish the written feedback and grab a quick bite before joining the group again to help plan tomorrow's lessons. That'll take me through to around 3pm. I need to win the lottery!
