The Confluence….

The very early light bathing the landscape at the confluence of Doctors Creek and the Taylor River was almost unbelievably eerie. The sunlight painted distant trees autumnal colours. It was amazing.
Maisie and I started out walking in the dark. It was frosty underfoot and a helicopter was working hard hovering over nearby vulnerable vineyards. There were frost machines working too making for a fairly noisy early morning.
