Not as green as it's cabbage-looking!

It's poured with rain all day, relentlessly. Busy indoors though!

Not sure where the phrase came from - which inspired my paraphrased title - "I'm not as green as I'm cabbage-looking", which I believe means "I'm not stupid, even if I look it!"
