Happy fourth birthday Eda!

I’ve just had a FaceTime with Eda as she was playing with her newly opened presents upon her actual birthday. 

She had a nice day at pre school where they sang happy birthday to her and played games. Tonight she was in her rabbit suit, a present from mummy and daddy together with a requested pink skateboard! Some friends had bought her leopard skin patterned elbow and knee pads to go with it. Daddy will be teaching her to use that!
This birthday has gone on for a long time and I believe there is even more cake tonight but now she is 4 at last. I think she was hoping there would be more visitors!

It’s been a horrible afternoon. Showery and brighter this morning which meant I got to Pilates and back relatively dry. 

Our young neighbours put this poster in their window yesterday. The baby wasn’t due for another couple of weeks.. The autumnal flower wreath appeared a couple of weeks ago possibly in anticipation of the new arrival. I snapped them this morning in a brief spell of sun.
