Buttermere tree

A very wet day. Water in every crevice kind of a day. This morning we walked through Lanthwaite woods and around the bottom of Crummock Water.  

Home for lunch and a quick dry out and then to Buttermere this afternoon when it was even wetter.  Sour Milk Gill was revitalised after so much rain and we had a good time at the bottom just before it enters the lake (extra). Back at the cottage now and hope everything dries iut before tomorrow. Great day.
