Overtime

Overworked, underpaid.

I'm not sure about the overtime thing, why am I working a lot more for a little extra? What is time really worth? Can a suit in an audi really put a price on my time? But I'm a worker. It's in my blood from a long line of navvies, miners, labourers and hard grafters. It's a matter of pride and honour. People tell me I should be having fun, but it's hard to do that when nothing feels particularly fun.

And in the meantime, there's always work and my second comfiest pair of shoes.
