More Autumn

Some very heavy showers today and they included a short burst of hail, but in between was the odd bit of sunshine, so another brief walk along the top of People's Park, keeping to the flatter bits, not back into the hilly bits yet.

The healing is still going well, I'm trying my best to behave!, no real problems and trying to keep it that way by not overdoing it.
