Lune from the Brow

A full day in the office and an evening of 'electronic music composition' at college (albeit remotely) didn't leave too much time for steps.

A mile or so at lunchtime when I popped out to Asda, a walk when I got home from work (which is when I took this shot of the Lune from the Brow), and then a final mile after college.

The absolute highpoint of my day was Abi volunteering to come out and join me for my last walk, when she told me about her day and particularly her netball match, this afternoon, when they beat Kirkbie Kendal 25-4. (She definitely has her mum's competitive streak when it comes to games!)
