Damp Day in Toab

There was still mist hanging about today, but thankfully not too thick.  Light rain in the morning, and then some torrential rain this afternoon.  Gales have been blowing all day. 

An early start in the airport this morning.  We had various passengers from yesterday, travelling today, but thankfully got them all boarded and on their way.  Most of the day was spent in the heli end, where various helicopters got cancelled, due to offshore weather. I popped by Laura's for a cuppa on my way home.  Chinese takeaway for tea tonight, and then big Brian and Madeline popped by.  Walkies with Sammy, and the early to bed. 

It really wasn't a day to be out and about with the camera, dull, grey and miserable.  I did pop to the shop on my break this morning, and managed to snap a photo, but really doesn't say much about my day at all, apart from the wet road.  This gales seems to be never ending, been a week of them.  Houses below the Toab shop, Virkie.
