Monday: Chicory Flowers & Veggies

Heavy rain all night, the garden and everything else has had a good soaking.
Phoned my friends at the garage and explained the mysterious disappearance of the mirror from my driver’s wing mirror - 5 minutes later my phone rang, replacement mirror found and fitted this afternoon. I am constantly looking in my wing mirror and rear view mirror - such a relief!
Very windy when I got back here this afternoon so put some of the washing out, brought in dry around 5pm before the heavens opened - then weather cleared long enough for me to pick some runner beans and courgette for dinner.
Courgette count : 39, I don’t think there’s much chance of many more :-((
