Consulting On Some Strange Employment Practices

Today started with an early morning run with my brother. It was going to be another four miler but my brother had had an exhausting week at work so we settled for a short scoot 'around the houses'.
After doing the obligatory Sunday food shop we thought we deserved a bit of luxury so we headed into Maidstone and treated ourselves to lunch at one of our favourite restaurants. It was so great to just relax and let someone else do the cooking for a change.
I spotted today's rather surreal main image looking out of the window of the restaurant where we were having lunch to the opposite side of the street. I have no idea why this elephant sculpture (it had previously been part of a sculpture trail in the town) was in the upstairs window of an employment consultants! I particularly like the wild looking eyes!
