Nuthatch on feeder

As we were only staying the night in Dolgellau we had a plan for this morning but the closure of the Barmouth bridge, as mentioned yesterday, meant we had to seek an alternative. With this in mind we went down to RSPB Ynys Hir. The weather was changeable and we didn't see anything unusual but we had a pleasant morning wandering around the reserve.

I would have liked to get this nuthatch in more natural surroundings but when it moved from the feeder it flew some distance away into the bushes so this will have to do.
