Spot the child

It was a play at home kind of day. It's still soooo cold outside so we invited some friends over and made some egg nests out of yarn and glue. I wasn't sure how successful it would be but ours worked so now we have to find some chicks or some eggs to put in Chickpea's little nest.

After everyone left Chickpea decided to create a masterpiece. On the floor. She got blankets and cushions off the couch and made a line with them across her floor canvas. Then she started grabbing all of her toys one by one and placing them deliberately on to different parts of the canvas, often muttering to herself "just doing housework... just doing some housework." I love how her doing housework just adds more housework for me!
