Chores

It was a day for chores
Woke up to sunshine and so so warm. Had a long walk for a wee cup of tea at The Sun Inn and then home to don the wellies and get into the garden.
Harvested the last of the rhubarb, that’s three growths this year and a freezer full. Weeded, tidied and filled the brown bin. And then the satisfying job of the pressure washer. The patio and then the deck, it’s a mindless job but rather addictive.
Turned the sprinkler on the banking, everything is so dry and the heat today, twenty degrees was like a high summer day.
Tea and then the last episode of Vigil, not a bad Sunday :))
