Up at 4am to travel to Ullapool. 
Arrived around 8am and enjoyed a delicious breakfast & 2 rounds of coffee at the Cult Cafe before boarding the ferry to Stornaway. Nice crossing, a pod of 8 dolphins briefly entertained. 

Tried to refuel at Ullapool but a queue of 15 cars! No queue in Stornaway so we’re good for a while. 

But never mind the petrol issues … horror of horrors there doesn’t seem to be any tonic water on the shop shelves! We have the beautiful Harris gin, but need to keep searching for tonic. 

Looking forward to some great walks, superb scenery and four seasons of weather.
