So, so windy

It's crazy windy today. Branches snapped off trees as I tried to run through the park. "Run" was more aspirational as I blew backwards, sideways, or nearly flew when I had a tailwind.

I had to drive a few kilometres to pick up my vege order. To take the photo I had to carefully manoeuvre out and back into the car. Mountains are hiding in that stormy cloud.

Heading home I had 2 scary incidents when high-sided vehicles coming towards me blew into my lane.

Our local volunteer fire brigade has been busy. I've heard the siren that alerts the on call volunteers to action 4 times this afternoon.

Today's gratitude: For the pleasure of digging compost I made into the vege garden.
