Memory lane

Firstly, thanks for all the lovely comments and stars for my woodpecker yesterday. Today I found a home for a lovely gift I received in the post on Friday. My friend Fiona, who has recently moved to Australia, came across this book of black and white photos of Durham in a second hand bookshop in Fremantle. She knew it I'd love it because of the gorgeous photos and also because I was a Durham student many moons ago. It now has pride of place on my coffee table. Perfect. What a fab find - and a lovely friend.
