Parkrun day

So started the day with my 185th parkrun with a stupendous fall on the first lap.. Normal stiff upper.lip got up immediately carried on but felt shaky.. I'm.fine.
Then went to a dear friends birthday celebrating now because next week she will be in Dubai visiting her daughter.
Latest ever stayed out in this job its now 11pm and 5 30 start night everyone
