Success

Eve found some rope in the garage and fastened the hammock up. Despite my health and safety concerns it worked. Not sure we haven’t missed hammock weather but nothing like a bit of early planning for next year.

Earlier, I’d done some work and gone for a walk with Mrs Smith and the dogs along to see Meg and hand over a book we thought she’d like. Then there was a virtual bike ride followed by a trip to see Frederick for whisky and a first look at the soon to be whisky B&B. Then a quick supermarket sweep.

Home for dinner. I did the main course and Ruby the apple pie for pudding. All delicious and great to have a communal dinner again.
