My second time running parkrun this year after the volunteering stints and I took nearly 30 secs off last weeks time coming in at 23:27. Happy with that.

Then popped round my mums to cut her grass, see her puppy dog and fix a number it IT issues (mainly caused by said puppy chewing through router cables).

MrsT been doing a great job cleaning the house whilst L is down at Lasswade for her Saturday gymnastics session.

May go ten pin bowling later with the FiL.
