Foggy

As we locals say, the mainland has been cut off. The view from our balcony has got a big grey filter on it.

This is the Discovery Research/Survey vessel (100m long, deadweight 2004 tonnes, built 2013) underway from Southampton to Glasgow - but not getting there for 5 days: must be stopping at sea en route or taking a very long way round.

Been raining a bit too.
