The old wharf at Holly Tree hotel, Kentallen

Helena and I went to book a table for a meal at the Holly Tree hotel, which overlooks the loch. We will be having dinner there in a few days time with her mother, her sister Kate and Jezzy, her niece.

We had a coffee first and then couldn't resist just sitting to look across the water.

In the early evening I went down to Cuil beach, close to Kirsty's house, and enjoyed the peacefulness of the incoming tide, which I've added as an extra. The distant hills are on the Isle of Mull.
