Duck
Duck breast with purple mustard sauce, buttered walnut noodles, and arugula salad. Wine: Château Bellisle Mondotte St. Émilion 2000.
This is one of my favorite treatments of duck, though the sauce did not photograph as well as I would have liked. The noodles are from the Savoy region of France, and they are made with walnuts (4%).
