A Close Shave

Yes, it's Monday and I don't do blipmondays, but a colleague asked if I would take a pic for the paper of him at the hairdresser. So here it is.

David is having his head shaved for 2 reasons: firstly he's raising money for our wonderful local children's hospice, Naomi House; secondly he's playing the part of a completely bald trichologist in Cheriton Players' upcoming production, 'A Bolt from the Blue'. So he reckoned the shave a ('scuse the not-quite-pun) no brainer.

The hairdresser's is Chaps on The Bridge, Winchester, and the lovely girl with the clippers is Kirsty. As you can see, David is rather nervous, though as he says - a bit too insistently - "It WILL grow back!"
