Garden of Delights

Lanterns in Abbot Hall park tonight as part of the Kendal Torchlight Carnival.  Four processions walked from the outskirts of town to join at the park, each one led by a Fire Chariot followed by dancers and musicians.  Blast Furness were based in the park to entertain the crowd and welcome the processions.  The theme is celebration of gardens, green spaces and wildlife.
