Notes: Up early and felt pretty rested. Quiet relaxing day, did go to the pool for a bit mid morning - finally completely empty the entire time I was there! Beautiful colors and air today, low humidity and nice breeze, was wonderful to feel the sun, air and hear the water - very peaceful and regenerating! Decided to have some quiet time around 2p and woke up near 4p!
