Cuppa with a View

Another windy and wild day.  Raining this morning, some sunny spells, and more rain.  

Day off and up fairly early.  A morning puttering about the house, with Sammy eager to get out.  We finally got out walkies, and popped by Madeline's.  Headed north in the afternoon.  Staying in the Brae Hotel tonight, with a meal at Mid Brae Inn, for peerie Brian's birthday.  Probably a few pints later tonight too.

After checking in at the hotel, we headed out for a run.  It wasn't much of a day for a walk, so settled for a cuppa with a view.  Feels like I've been eating all day!  Breakfast, lunch in Lerwick, cuppa and cake, and then out for a meal later.  I'll definitely need to have a good walk tomorrow.  The latte and chocolate cake was delicious here, and the view was perfect.  Taken in the Braewick café, Eshaness.
