for Senior Moments.

It took a while to get here. First I missed an email from the shop to say that one of the two we ordered were out of stock and whether we wanted a replacement or a refund. I only replied when they chased a few weeks later to give our preference for a replacement. The shop picked up the email , but forgot to send it and only realised when I chased a few weeks later.

They arrived this morning with an extra fan and a mask and a note to apologise for the delay. The extra goodies were not necessary as part of the delay was due to me not picking up the email, but they are welcome.
