Life turns on a sixpence

J and I are in Manchester. A long way from our little island home. J has given me permission to post this. The week before Easter he went to Specsavers, in fact they were life savers. The next day he was in hospital out patients with suspected brain tumour. Wednesday after Easter medivac off island with confirmed brain tumour. 2 rounds of neurosurgery later from amazing people in Southampton and J is now having Proton beam therapy. Very lucky to get this treatment. He's been incredibly brave. People here are brilliant.
