Kowhai

We had a quiet day. A short outing this morning to post a letter and buy some seed raising mix and potting mix. A coffee on the way home. We sorted the new seeds and replanted two pots which had become root bound. This afternoon we had a short walk and I spotted a kowhai tree to photograph. Kowhai means yellow in the Maori language.
