Favourite Pilot

A tough morning for M. He'd been told today was the last day of waiting and he'd have news today, but unfortunately that's not the case and he's going to be with us a good few more days. Poor guy. We had a pray together and natter. Being in a state of limbo is rubbish. 
We had a picnic with the kids after school - bumped into Claire which was nice! We had to take cover when the rains began though! Asha and I walked home in it as there wasn't enough space in the car for us 4, Lozz and M and M has injured his foot somehow. Frozen peas have been purchased and we've set him up with his foot elevated and his DIY ice pack doing its magic. 
Uncle Lozz left late afternoon. The kids were very very sad. Danny and M took him off to the airport. We're hoping he comes back very soon. 
A quick turnaround of bedding so the kids can go share Nate's bedroom and Danny can sleep in the bed again rather than on the floor! Ha! 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A rainy picnic - fun!
2) Lozz being amazing and repairing our dishwasher for us.
3) M coping so well with the disappointment.
