First Day of Autumn!

"It's Autumn now Polly"...and listening she is too...to that and the magic word "sweetie" as she posed for a photo for me. :-D
When she cocks her head to one side I never fail to smile.

There was a much more autumnal feel in the air this evening, and this morning actually. Bring on all things cosy, snuggly and warm...boots, scarves, candles, blankets, gloves, warming brews...and more!

I love the summer warmth in the sunshine and light strolls, but I equally adore the colours of autumn and cosy evenings. Just not the getting dark at 4pm, but we can't have it all! :-)
