Dahlias

The Dahlias are coming into their own just now and with the begonias are carrying the garden display.

We got up early-ish and went to the gym for an hour this morning, then home for coffee.  Bob then went to B&Q (how he loves that place) for some necessities for a wee job in the downstairs loo, while I did some more window wasing (ah me!!!).

Just about to have some lunch when Bob's sister arrived and we had a nice chat until we had to go as we were going to Ikea today for a few essentials.  Got caught in horrendous traffic on the way home though.

The weather is very autumnal, quite pleasant during the day with a bit of sunshine, but turning a bit damp tonight, and windy and quite cold.
