This is it today, almost

After a fab swim this morning I took a selfie, (see extras) but bear with me I was alone, so nobody to tell me my hair was a mess, or I was squinting and I should have lifted my chin! Before you worry, there were other people on the pier where I swam so I was safe but friendless ;0)
