Princess Alexandra to the rescue

A busy day putting things together for our holiday.  I keep saying I'll keep things to the minimum, but somehow it never happens.

It never rains but it pours.  Simon's ex wife has been poorly for a while with what she was told was a slipped disc, but is now in Addenbrooke's having been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  Apparently she will be in for some time whilst they get her mobility back and sort out medication.  We are led to believe it's the less serious version and that she will suffer mild relapses from time to time but not deteriorate. Meanwhile Luke progresses well although he has to have a lumber puncture on Friday and physio next week.  At least he'll be able to visit his mum whilst he's there.
