Mothers ruin?

Today I received a birthday card, which was nice, although it was three months late to the day and had taken four months to arrive. The theme of the card insinuates that I like a gin and I'm unsure as to where they got that idea?
It was a motorcycle riding day today and although it has rained all day and at times heavy 140+ kilometres was covered along with four other brave damp souls. I took my camera along and had a few ideas on locations and shots along the way but the rain curtailed that.
22 mm has fallen so far today but is seems like more and if the forecast is to be believed then more of the same tomorrow.
